We are providing this notice to inform you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance of the My2N Cloud Management Platform. While we strive for continuous uptime, the My2N administrators have vital patches and updates to apply as well as system maintenance.
This will require approximately one hour of down time on August 25th.
During this time, the My2N Management platform will be inaccessible, however, end-user services, such as intercom calls, theMy2N app, and cloud calling, will not be affected.
The down time is scheduled for 0600-0700 UTC on the 25th. Below, you'll find that time translated into EDT and PDT:
EDT: 0200-0300
PDT: 2300-0000 (24 August)
